Delivery Options
US shipping only, right now
All orders ship from US-based warehouses within 1-2 business days of purchase. Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only — international shipping is on the roadmap.

How to Start a Return
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, email hello@quirkfix.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked. We'll send you a prepaid return label and refund you as soon as the item is back in our warehouse.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. Exchanges ship out the same week — no need to wait for the return to arrive first if you email us ahead of time.
What's Not Covered
Items marked as final sale, and products damaged from normal wear and tear rather than a defect, aren't eligible for return. Everything else is covered — if you're unsure, just ask before you order.
Product Exchange
Wrong size or color? We'll fix it.
Prefer a swap over a refund? Email hello@quirkfix.com with your order number and what you'd like instead. We'll get the replacement moving right away — most exchanges ship within 2 business days of your request.
