Problems with your download? We stand behind our products. If your file won't download, arrives corrupted, or isn't what was described, email us within 14 days at hello@quirkfix.com and we'll make it right — usually by re-sending the file or providing a corrected version.
Why sales are final: Because you keep the files the moment they're downloaded, we're unable to accept returns or give refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, or simply not using the product.
